Whole steamed chicken served in a cast-iron pot with chicken fat rice and chicken broth, and sides of ginger scallion sauce, sambal, marinated cucumbers, fried shallots, and Momofuku Savory Seasoned Salt.
DRY-AGED STEAK SSÄM | 92*
Spice-rubbed butcher’s selection steak served ssäm-style with butter lettuce, perilla leaves, green onion salad, sliced radishes, marinated pineapple, furikake potato salad, bread and butter pickles.
