Join the Kōjin team for a family-style Chef’s tasting for Thanksgiving dinner featuring seasonal and local Ontario produce.
CORN FLATBREAD ― grass fed butter & spiced honey, roasted eggplant & smoked paprika oil
PEACHES AND CORN SALAD ― spicy peanut, watercress, clay pepper
PORK SAUSAGE PLATTER ― pickled red onions, baby kale salad, mustard
GRILLED TROUT ― waxed green beans, preserved lemon, hot sauce
PRIME RIB ― horseradish, verjus mustard
GLAZED HEIRLOOM CARROTS ― wildflower honey, preserved chili
TITA’S MASH ― yukon gold potato, 2yr old gouda
APPLE CRUMBLE ― hokey pokey ice cream

A credit card is required to secure your reservation.
